*BACKUP YOUR TRACK.INI FIRST*
First, you're gonna need to turn the restrictor plates off at, lets say we're using Talladega.
Go into C:\Papyrus\Nascar Racing 2003 Season\Tracks\Talladega
Then find a file named Track.ini
Open it, and under the [ track ] section, if you scroll down, there should be
track_type = 4 ; super speedway
chassis_type = 1 ; super speedway
change that to
track_type = 5 ; super speedway
chassis_type = 5 ; super speedway
Next, go down to
track_asphalt_grip=
track_concrete_grip=
After the = put 2.0
Then, go down to
[ weather ]
and find
track_base_temp =
Change that to track_base_temp = -185.1
Then go to file, save.
Next, we will need to turn roof flaps off.
First, go into C:\Papyrus\Nascar Racing 2003 Season\Players\The Player you will use
Find a file named Player.ini
Open that, and find
[Aerodynamics]
employRoofFlaps=1 ; are roof flaps effective?
Change that 1 to a 0... like this
[Aerodynamics]
employRoofFlaps=0 ; are roof flaps effective?
Then do file, save.
Next you will need to open up your NR2003.
*IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE MANUAL SHIFTING*
Click Testing Session or Single Race.
Select Talladega and Continue.
Go on track, and start going. Once you get to about 200 wait a few more seconds until you get to about 215.
(I usually wait until i reach about 250, because the more speed, the better)
Then once you reach a very high speed, shift into reverse, then once you've turned around at about a 90 degree angle,
slam on your brakes and jam your wheel the opposite way you spun yourself out with. It may also help if you lightly
hit another car.
Remember, the first time you try, you may not get it... but keep trying!
*NOTE: ONLY THE PLAYER CAN DO A BLOWOVER, NOT THE AI*
*YOU NEED TO BE IN REALISTIC WEATHER*
